Were there any other data on this subject and why was this age group chosen compare to maybe a younger or older group? That is a large sample group (50430), over that longevity of the study were there any attrition and did that affect the significance in anyway? Also were genetics considered (cancer in family) to exclude subjects? Or race? Would you say that there were any data that you would have added or would have affected the margin of error?
